This year Disney on Ice is coming to El Paso with Frozen and Encanto. Check out this guide for more information and tips and tricks for a perfect experience!

Disney on ice

Bag Policy

  • Small Clutch Purse: no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, can be carried separately or within an approved clear bag
  • Clear Bag: no larger than 12 X 12 X 6 inches
Exceptions
  • Diaper Bags: must accompany a guardian and child upon entry and contain diaper-changing related items, such as diapers, wipes, childcare needs
  • Medical Items: should be brought in a bag that meets the small bag or clear bag requirements if they can fit

Prohibited items

According to the venue site, you can’t bring non-clear bags larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches, backpacks, binocular cases, camera bags, seat cushions, and printed or tinted plastic bags. For more about prohibited items, read more here.

Event Information

Costumes are not permitted for guests aged fourteen years and older.

All guests aged two and older are required to have a ticket.

Tickets are available at Ticketmaster and at the box office at El Paso County Coliseum.

Parking Information

Parking at El Paso County Coliseum is $5 and cash only! Try to get there at least an hour early because there will be a line to get in and traffic will be backed up.

Snacks and Souvenirs

There will be souvenir booths selling shaved ice collectibles and souvenirs. Inside the coliseum, they also have snacks for sale such as popcorn, hotdogs, nachos, and cotton candy.

Tips and Tricks

The light-up toys and souvenirs can range anywhere from $30 – $60. However, you can also purchase souvenir items ahead of time (such as Disney plushies or light up wands) from stores or ShopDisney.com and bring them in.

Disney on Ice

You can also skip the line by waving down an aisle vendor carrying shaved ice, cotton candy, or souvenirs.

Character Experience

Each guest ages 2 and up must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
