It’s Time To “Boo” Your Friends, Family, and Neighbors

0

Use the month of October to “boo” your friends, family, and neighbors!

Imagine what a blast it would be for you and your kids to assemble a bag or basket of Halloween goodies, sneak up to your friend’s houses, ring the doorbell, and hurry away hoping not to be seen. That’s what it means to “boo” your friends, family, and neighbors.

Can’t we all use a little light-hearted entertainment and thoughtfulness these days? Definitely!

Directions to “boo” your friends and neighbors:

  1. Purchase Halloween-themed treats, crafts, games, and goodies to fill your gift bag or bucket. (The Target Dollar Spot, The Dollar Store, Wal-Mart’s party section, and Oriental Trading Company are great places to purchase these items.)

Possible items to include:

  • candy
  • spider rings
  • Halloween pencils
  • vampire teeth
  • Halloween erasers
  • stickers
  • stamps
  • bubbles
  • bracelets
  • glow sticks
  • crafts
  • scratch offs

Be creative and use your imagination!

2. Print out the “You’ve Been Booed” printable here.

3. Drop off the Halloween-themed bag, basket, or bucket without getting caught! The secrecy of who left the gift is part of the fun.

4. If you get booed, make sure to pass it on to others. Boo somebody just for the fun of it!

5. Tag El Paso Mom on Facebook or Instagram when you get booed so we can all join in on the fun!
