I have no idea if I’m even Irish. But I love these five rainbow snack ideas because they’re easy and keep little fingers busy all while feeling festive. Get ready to taste the rainbow with these delightful snacks that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.

1. Rainbow Fruit Platter

sliced strawberries
cubed cantaloupe
1 can drained pineapple chunks
green grapes (cut in half)

Arrange fruit in color order in a rainbow shape on a platter or cutting board. Have the kids help create the rainbow. Enjoy a healthy (and beautiful) snack!

2. Pipe Cleaner Cereal Rainbows

Fruit Loops (or similar cereal)
pipe cleaners

Have your children string Fruit Loops onto the pipe cleaners, leaving about an inch of pipe cleaner exposed on each end. Then bend the pipe cleaner into the shape of a rainbow. And insert the ends of the pipe cleaner into the marshmallows. The marshmallows represent clouds. How cute!
