WinterFest is one of City of El Paso’s most beloved signature events that takes place in downtown. The seasonal festival starts starts the weekend before Thanksgiving through the first Monday in January.
WinterFest has become a tradition in our community, and the City of El Paso along with various partners strive to make the season bigger and better for El Pasoans and visitors to enjoy.
